Sneakers optional, dance heels recommended. Kneepads recommended.
Join me for an all-levels heels dance workshop created to challenge and inspire dancers looking to expand their movement vocabulary, develop new skills in a supportive environment, and have fun! This drop-in class will consist of a group check-in and quick discussion of what heels dance is, a juicy warm-up to get our bodies ready to move, some across the floor exercises for activation and embodiment, and a short combo focused on musicality and introducing you to some heels dance staples (in slippery style)! There will be an opportunity at the end of class to perform the combo in smaller groups and film yourself if you so choose.
